We are looking for a sales individual to strengthen existing business relationships with key accounts and secure new business with Window & Door Dealers, Home Improvement Retailers, and Independent Lumber Yards throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and energetic individual who enjoys servicing customers in the building Industry. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of sales, preferably with experience within the Window & Door Industry. The best candidates would be self-motivated, personable, have some finance acumen, and customer-focused mindset. A college or university degree is preferred; technical or business degrees ideally. The position will require travel throughout the Manitoba - Saskatchewan territory (50% or more travel time), so the candidate must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. They must also be capable of installing and maintaining door and window displays i.e. handy with tools, and can lift 50 lbs. In return, we will provide a competitive compensation package (base salary + commissions + benefits etc). Responsibilities are: -Rotating visits to existing customers -Set up and maintain displays -Perform assigned services as required within the service and warranty department -Look for new accounts to open (most leads will be supplied by head office in association with corporate programs) -Perform Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions
