MORTGAGE SALE The building and land known as SP Lot 5 Plan 19589 Silver Road, in the hamlet of Silver, approximately 3 miles south of the Town of Arborg, Manitoba as described in Certificate of Title No. 2438332/1 will be sold at auction on Wednesday, the 26th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at 349 Main Street, Arborg, Manitoba. The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that there is situate on the said land a bungalow style dwelling house with a living area of approximately 2300 square feet, more or less, having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a oversized double attached garage, and is informed that the dwelling house was previously used as a marijuana grow operation and may be subject to mould issues and is further informed that the dwelling house has been remediated pursuant to the requirements under certain orders from the Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner and the requirements pursuant to same have been performed, provided however that the Purchaser shall assume full responsibility for any further compliance and completion. The Vendor under Power of Sale is further informed that there is a second structure on the property facing Silver road which is dilapidated and of no value.
