MORTGAGE SALE The building and land known as 1009 Magnus Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 2421876/1 will be sold at auction Wednesday, the 1st day of May, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Kaye's Auctions, 263 Stanley Street, Winnipeg Manitoba. The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that there is situate on the said land a one storey dwelling house with a living area of approximately 850 square feet, more or less, with two bedrooms and one bathroom and is informed that the dwelling house was formerly used as a marijuana grow operation and that the said dwelling house has been remediated as regards the said former marijuana grow operation and that a final inspection of the remediated marijuana grow operation has been done by the Office of the Fire Commissioner which final inspection provides that the original deficiencies as recorded by the Office of the Fire Commissioner have been repaired; but the Purchaser shall assume full responsibility for any and all other deficiencies or work orders. REALTY TAXES: The realty taxes with respect to the said land will be paid in full to December 31, 2012 with the exception of any accruing outstanding water accounts as added or may be added to the tax roll.
