The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and will have a minimum of 5 years in the Automotive/ Industrial equipment industry.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-On-site Supervision of Employees in the shop
-Training of Employees as to Methods Required of Job Specific Tasks within the Shop
-Safety Instruction to Employees
- Coordination of Scheduling Vehicle Safeties, Inspection of Equipment, Maintenance of Equipment or Scheduling of Specialty Maintenance.
-Documentation and Reporting of Job Progress.
- Shipping & Receiving.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
-Excellent communication skills required

-Reading & Writing in English
-Detail oriented
-Must have the ability to work under pressure and be deadline focused.

Our office is located in Steinbach. You must have your own means of transportation to and from work.
Wage to be negotiated, company benefits package after 3 months on job.

- Work with operations to repair or solve issues.
HOURS
-Full time Monday to Friday.
-Be willing to work flexible hours and occasional overtime when required.
